What is the delivery time for my order?
When you place an order with LATARU, the delivery time may be a bit different from what you’re used to. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we can significantly reduce storage and transportation costs — which allows us to offer competitive prices.
The average delivery time is 5–10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) from the moment your order is processed.
What should I do if I haven’t received my order yet?
Due to high demand, it’s possible that your order may arrive slightly later than expected. We kindly ask for your patience.
If the expected delivery window has passed and you still haven’t received anything, please contact us here. We’ll look into your shipment and update you as soon as possible.
How can I exchange or return my order?
To start a return, simply contact our customer support team here. Please include your full name, order number (for example: #0000) and the reason for your return. We will then provide you with the return address and confirm your return request. Once approved, you can send the product back to us using a carrier of your choice.
What are the costs for returns?
Return shipping costs are not covered by LATARU and are at your own expense. The exact costs depend on the carrier and shipping method you choose. For more information, please check the website of your preferred shipping carrier.
What are the conditions for returning my product(s)?
You always have a 30-day return period starting from the day you receive your item. However, a return is only accepted if the following conditions are met:
- The return period has not expired.
- The product is in its original packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
- The product has not been used or worn and remains in resellable condition.
If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to accept your return.
Which payment methods can I use?
We accept the most commonly used payment methods in the United States, including:

What if I didn’t receive an order confirmation email?
You should always receive an order confirmation by email shortly after completing your purchase.
If you haven’t received anything, please first check your spam or promotions folder. If it’s not there, contact us here with your full name and the email address you used during checkout. We’ll locate your order and resend the confirmation.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’d like to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible here.
Include your full name, order number (for example: #0000) and, if possible, a short explanation of why you’d like to cancel. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it in time. If it has already been shipped, you may still be able to return it in accordance with our Return Policy.
