Processing & Shipping Times

At Lataru, we operate with a standard processing time of 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Each product goes through a brief preparation phase before it leaves our warehouse.
Once processing is complete, the average shipping time is typically 4–7 business days. In most cases, this means your order will arrive within 5–10 business days from the moment your purchase is completed.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure fast and secure delivery, we work with trusted U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Through these partnerships, all shipments are handled with care and include real-time tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delays

During peak seasons or periods of unexpected carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer than usual. We always do our best to process orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience if a delay occurs. To provide the best possible shopping experience, we offer a few additional benefits. Orders above a certain amount qualify for free standard shipping. Customers can also choose Premium Insured Shipping for a small additional fee, which includes priority handling and full coverage in case of loss or damage.
