At LATARU, we want you to feel fully confident when shopping with us.
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it - no explanation required.

All returns must be sent back within the same 30-day period. Once your return is received in good condition, we will refund the product amount. Shipping fees and optional insured shipping are non-refundable.

Return shipping from your home to our warehouse is at your own expense.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in its original condition, include all accessories, and be packaged in its original packaging whenever reasonably possible. 

Items that are used, damaged, or missing components may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please contact us here. After we receive your request, we’ll send you the return instructions and shipping address.

For a fast and smooth process, include your order number (found in your confirmation email), the name and email used at checkout, the purchase date, and your reason for returning.

Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive your return or valid proof of shipment.
